it opens the door to success in life!<\/p>\n<p>This program includes the instructions and knowledge necessary for each person to be able to do a survey of the state of their Health and Performance, autonomously.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, it includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a 30 minute phone or video conference session at the beginning of the Program;<\/li>\n<li>a 30-minute face-to-face session to evaluate some specific parameters referenced in the Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of being necessary medical prescription for some of the exams, Sa\u00fade Escudeiro supports in this process.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the Program there is a report containing all the physiological data to assess the state of Health and Performance, in order to guide the individual, his clinician or physical activity
