The Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) is the component of the nervous system that controls the automatic functions of the organism.
It allows the body to adapt to the various stimuli and demands of everyday life. The response of the organism to these stimuli is always in the sense of adapting the body, that is, of ensuring its survival.
Whenever there is any stimulus perceived by the body as an aggression, the organism enters into one of several defensive states. If the level of aggression remains too long, or if it is too frequent, these states may become persistent and begin to develop problems that ultimately lead to syndromes and diseases.
This situation is characterized by deregulation of the nervous system and is called chronic stress.
Our NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION PROGRAM can help you to achieve a state of balance and optimal health and performance.
