Instructions and information are provided in detail that allows you to find out what your Health and Performance status is, the implementation of optimization actions and progression monitoring.

Additionally, it includes:

• 30 minute phone or video conference session at the beginning of the Program;
• 30-minute face-to-face session to evaluate some specific parameters referenced in the Program;
• 1 hour phone or video conferencing session to support the implementation of optimization actions.

In case of being necessary medical prescription for some of the exams, Saúde Escudeiro supports in this process.
