PROTOCOLS
In order to produce a specific effect on the body, a Protocol is an organized list of actions whose type and intensity of benefits vary from person to person.
Each protocol is elaborated according to the benefits to be achieved, the physiological mechanisms that produce the effects, the actions to be performed, how to monitor the application and also with some bibliographical references to delve into the topic.
Some of the benefits may not be immediate; however, specific monitoring tools will be given to evaluate each person’s progress.
